Nash Williams

Founder / Consultant

Nash Williams founded National Welding Corporation in 1997. Nash currently serves as a consultant to National Welding Corporation and serves as chairman of the Welding Chapter “Steel Penstocks” published by the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and has written, presented and published numerous papers for ASCE. Nash attended the University of Utah in Mechanical Engineering and is a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) by the American Welding Society. Upon entering the construction industry he applied his practical and business knowledge to develop a specialty construction company focused on welded steel projects. Nash operated National Welding for nearly 20 years and has left a legacy of ingenuity, adaptability, and performance.

Bryan Hansen

President

Bryan Hansen currently serves as the President of National Welding Corporation. Bryan also serves as the chairman of American Water Works Association (AWWA) Standard for Field Welding of Steel Water Pipe (C206) and technical committee member for Installation of Steel Water Pipe (C604) which are nationally recognized Standards. He has written, published and presented numerous papers for North American Tunneling (NAT), Miller Welding Case Studies and has presented as a speaker to well-known engineering firms. Bryangraduated from Utah State University in Mechanical Engineering and is a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) by the American Welding Society. He is an active member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and Society of Mining Engineers. Bryan has been in management of National Welding for over 15 years and has extensive experience in field construction and design. Bryan leads with an emphasis on genuine integrity and performance which has become a practice that extends throughout the company and keeps our clients coming back.

Gedas Grazulis

Vice President of Special Projects

Gedas currently serves as the Vice President of Special Projects of National Welding Corporation. Gedas graduated from Weber State University in Manufacturing Engineering with an emphasis in welding and is a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) by the American Welding Society. He has written, presented and published numerous papers for the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) including subjects on steel pipelines and steel tunnel liners 4’ diameter to 33’ diameter. Gedas has been with National Welding for over 14 years and has extensive experience on the practical side of our work plus the technical side regarding submittals, specifications and code issues. This combination of experience and education has provided the ability to innovate unique construction techniques and recognize constructability problems in advance of the need. Gedas leads with a unique technical savvy and precision approach that produces successful outcomes on the toughest projects.

Jared Bradfield

Operations Manager

Jared currently serves as the Operations Manager of National Welding Corporation. Jared has been with National for over 6 years. He graduated from Southern Utah University with a degree in Construction Management and is a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) by the American Welding Society.  Jared began work for National Welding as the Assistant Manager on our largest diameter steel tunnel liner which was 33 feet in diameter and located 300 feet underground in Chicago, IL. After Chicago, he went on to several other similar projects elsewhere in the country. Since the start, Jared has excelled at problem solving and managing the logistics on complex work. Having experienced our real world conditions, Jared is uniquely qualified to prepare many of our proposals and estimates while providing management and oversite on day-to-day field operations.  Jared’s experience, technical knowledge, and leadership allow our field operations to run smoothly and provide our clients with confidence in our work.

Ryan Rollo

General Superintendent

Ryan currently serves as the General Superintendent of National Welding Corporation. Ryan is a native of Southern Utah and has been part of the National Welding family for over 7 years. Ryan has been involved with some of our biggest specialty projects and longest pipelines. From horizontal direction drills, pipelines, and tunnels Ryan provides project management and a wealth of welding knowledge and skill.  Ryan leads by example and believes in core values that produce successful welders and projects.

Julie Scott

Office Manager

Julie is the Office Manager at National Welding and has intimate understanding of our operations having been with National for 18 of our 22 years. Julie came to National with a strong background in accounting and general operations and has excelled at putting these talents to great use at National. She is responsible for overseeing our daily accounting needs including payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable. In addition, Julie locates and sets up new vendors and handles much of the travel logistics for the employees.

Kim Kimura

General Accountant

Kim is the General Accountant at National Welding and has been with our company for 20 of our 22 years. Kim graduated from Ball State University with a degree in accounting and came to National with a strong history in general accounting and accounting principles. She oversees our general accounting and tax issues required from our multi-State operations. In addition, Kim handles setting up the unions and benefit programs which vary around the Country.
